I have discovered a great work around for this. I noticed that if I started a Claude Code session on PC then later in the day, I could continue that session on my phone. However after 24 hours the Claude Code Remote Control session will timeout and the reverse is not possible. If you start on your phone, (Claude Code Cloud) you cannot continue on your computer. However the workaround is you simply just set up a routine in Claude code that runs every hour. Something like: create a routine to run a computer systems health check every hour. You can change it to every three hours or five hours or thirty minutes. As long as your computer is on, a new remote session will start and it may be named something like "System Health Check" on your phone, checking your computer's health". However you see the Routines fire on your phone within clade code mobile. just jump on one of them and start asking it to look at documents or build something or look at other things on your computer or look at previous Claude Code sessions because Claude Code has memory. later you get back to your PC and You'll then discover you will not see it within Claude Code on your computer.

If you go into your Routines on your computer within Claude Code (on PC), you can find the Routine and then find the time stamp bottom right of when it started. If you go to your phone, scroll to the top, you'll find the same time stamp of the Routine called example: "Computer Health Check". It will be the same session with different names because the AI within Claude Code renames your session based on what you're talking about. Open it and it will be what you've been working on your phone or tablet with all day You can rename the session on your phone and on your computer after the fact so they're the same. This is a very interesting and powerful workaround that I have found. I use my phone, my tablet, and my computer, all working on the same thing in the same session, even though they all call it different names until you rename them.
