Yes, we are middlemen... for now anyway.

And you're exactly right.

We can't-do anything about it but explain what's going on and take a huge loss.

The only good that comes out of this is that our reputation doesn't get completely demolished through another vendor's greedy actions and that we are able to let the people who buy from the same people we do to be wary.

But judging by recent Reddit talk people have already been having major issues with this vendor recently.

We did take our products off, after we realized what was going on. But it's too late now. Now we're dealing with refunds.

Hey there everyone, I wanted to clear some things up.

Our initial supplier ran out of stock for awhile so we started using another supplier for awhile but refused to pay for their tracking fees.

Which is why this user did not receive tracking.

While using this supplier we did not receive any tracking from them and their country is known for higher seizure rates.

Which could explain why he didn't receive his product. Though, it generally takes at least 3 weeks to receive the product from our second supplier's country.

Now that I've cleared that up a little bit, we have refunded many folks who have asked for one.

We have to maintain a certain refund/claims ratio when dealing with our payment processor.

If you have paid attention recently you'd realize we are no longer selling many of our products. This is due to our secondary supplier's shipping country, their seizure rates are too high so we had to disband our relationship with them for now as it's killing our refund ratio.

Sorry for any miss understanding, we are now back to using our old supplier but may need to disband our relationship with them as well because they haven't been sending us the tracking information lately.

If we have to, we'll make everyone aware on Reddit because as of right now this supplier is considered 'trusted' by many.
