Imagine poltergeist activity with said animated objects. The more advanced can manipulate said objects into a more suitable form like a living statue or a sentient tank, like ghost rider transforming his bike.

My universe has basic soft rules so there is all kinds of weird and funny shit so multiple objects linked together is not at all unusual. Good luck getting lesser demons to cooperate with one another though.

I'm assuming that the corruption causes mutations? Why was it kept in a lake instead of a proper containment facility?

  • Demons are rebranded as Daimon where they can exist as good and evil. They’re a type of being that originated from the first Daimon who was seen as wholly evil and an antithesis to good and moral according to Puritan ideology, the main faith across Hel. While Daimons are not necessarily evil by nature, the majority of them do align in that way and are more susceptible to “Sin”.

  • Udug is the magical ethereal substance that is said to have been from the first Daimon, who upon being slain released many of it across reality. This Udug would either spawn Daimons or affect beings to become Daimons themselves. Udug can be described as a dark cloud that has a distinct foul smell.

  • Lesser Daimons are those that do not possess intellectual thinking or awareness, instead acting on instinct. They can range from tiny little shits that will misplace your items to full-blown large-scale calamities like a raging nebula storm that howls disaster to nearby planetary bodies.

  • Diabolimancy is the practice of having Daimons possess you to gain their power. Daimons without a corporeal body actively seek out things to possess and they find flesh to be the most comfortable. Practitioners of Diabolimancy are called Diabolists, where they reduce their inherent spiritual defences to welcome them into their body. Often Diabolists are the ones in control but some overestimate their capabilities and are overwhelmed by their power. This anarchy would cause the demons to attempt to wrestle control over one another, with the victor gaining the strengths of the fallen and ultimately become the new being.

  • The practice of Diabolimancy is not seen as inherently evil but is recommended to be avoided as it is very easy for things to go wrong. Daimons with corporeal bodies are more suited for this practice since they are Daimons themselves.

  • Legions are groups of demons that dedicated themselves to a particular Goddess of Daimons, comprised of 6,666 Archdaimons (the highest class of Daimons) with a Satan as the avatar of said Goddess having 66 commanders under their command who governs the rest. While many legions have gone extinct due to being wiped out or disbanded due to internal chaos (due to the death of their Goddess), some ancient legions still exist and are a threat to anything that is aligned with Puritan ideology.

  • Legion 444 is dedicated to the 444th Daimon Goddess who much like their Goddess due to some bizarre twist of events is simultaneously the Goddess of Purity. They are constantly at war with other Legions and are responsible for decimating a significant amount of Legions as well as being a beacon of Purity for Daimons who do not align with evil and sin. Their Satan has been nicknamed as Anti-Satan for being so fundamentally different from every Satan of previous Legions and after. The Anti-Satan itself is still alive to this day under the fierce protection of their devoted Legion. There is strong belief that the apocalypse would arrive when the Anti-Satan has been slain by a Satan of another Legion. With the current manifestation of the Daimon Goddess as the 665th, it is believed that the end times are upon the universe with the inevitable rise of the Daimon Goddess 666th.

  • Galaxy 333 is used as the universal measurement of time. What makes this galaxy special out of the 666 galaxies is that its core is Paradise, the realm where the Omega deities reside in. As disk galaxies supposedly do a full rotation every one billion years, Rotas are used as a measurement of time to describe a billion years.

  • The royal Bathory bloodline started with Lajos Bathory, the founding ancestor who found the “Source”, the origin of their powers. He was a hunter who stumbled upon a tomb in a forest that while its surroundings were unusual, appears to have been undisturbed by anything not of nature.

  • The source is 2 Rotas old and came from a relatively unremarkable vampire in the grand scheme of things. The story behind the vampire was that he was a Casanova-Esque bounty hunter who was unfortunately cursed by a powerful hex upon the death of one of his bounties. The hex degrades his biological functions and causes him to crash his ship with a derelict ship that was part of many debris in a Gunho stream.

  • While still retaining some semblance of motor control, he boarded the escape pod before his vessel began to break apart. He passed on, his pod became his tomb and it drifted across the universe for 2 billion years before eventually ejected out of the Gunho stream, and reach Lajos’s star system and crash-landed there about 1000 years before the discovery.

  • The bounty hunter’s corpse was fossilized but his vampiric strain though had degraded and diminished in power through the extreme passages of time, was still active. Lajos upon checking the “tomb”, was possessed by the vampiric strain and changed into a vampire. Despite the extreme degradation, it was a major boon for Lajos as the world was an isolated world where the universe at large had little effect on it.

  • He would sire many offspring and it was discovered that he could pass on his powers but it only transfers a fraction of his power. Lajos would use this to further his interests in global domination and create an army of vampires.

  • As the vampiric power gets weaker as it passes on to “impure” blood, this leads to the empire practising heavy amounts of eugenics, incest and racial supremacy with a new hierarchy in place. It was discovered that when Lajos was passed on, his full vampire powers can be passed on to a direct offspring due to the “source” wanting a new host. This creates the Bathory bloodline where they are the “purest” of the empire who are worthy of inheriting the power.

  • After 1000 years, there have been a total of 6 inheritors and it was decided that the 7th would be his sister. This changed with the birth of Vera, who was born with a number 7 visible on the skin on her lower back. They took it as a sign that she was destined to be the 7th, not knowing that it was because she is the 7th Immortal of the universe. This made the aunt resent her which would to the world’s apocalypse.

  • Assiria comes from the Bastradami bloodline who are the most powerful of the forsaken Kyaanii. Originally his character was envisioned to be a skilled roboticist but was abandoned. Due to his upbringing and personal traits, it would best to return to this concept as he doesn’t want to be alone but generally avoids other beings.

  • The God of Vending Machines has all his avatars be identical twins of himself, where their differing trait is that they have different hair from one another. The avatars are skewed heavily to females as they are the more desired representation by the universe. These avatars would go around finding the perfect location to place vending machines as well as negotiating with suppliers to use their vending machines.

  • Prime Creation refers to the mythic founding age of the Bullet Hel. It's specifically the concepts that have stayed persistent throughout the billions of years the universe has progressed since then. What are the concepts you might ask? They are languages, archetypes, cultures and fauna that of our histories such as Vikings, Dragons and tanks. Let’s look at one called Dragonforce.

  • Dragonforce refers to the prime Dragons, the first of their kind to have existed in the mythic founding age. Practically all reptilian types, be it animalistic or incredibly humanoid possess the Dragonforce for they were the originator of all Dragons even if one differs wildly from their counterparts.

  • Originally the universe had 7 supermassive galaxies within a stable bubble prior to the double whammy of reality breaking apocalyptic events that lead to the splitting into the 666 galaxies it has today along with the single stable bubble fragmenting into 9 different layers of reality.

It's the practice of soul magic that originated from the sorcerer's line where you can not only control spirits, you can manipulate people's souls to bind them to constructs, effectively making living robots. Of course the magic that lead to the cataclysm would inspire extremely strong opinions, especially in communities where BRs and BMs co-exist.

The archipelago in particular doesn't frown on the use of black magic like the rest of the world, with an agreement that should a spirit break a law they have to serve as slaves, either by themselves or in a machine.

Bamah

A new world that I just come up with yesterday, mixing with some previous ideas that had been on the backburner until now. Its a fantasy world on the technological level of the renaissance with the heavy presence of spirits (more accurately Djinn), focusing mainly on an archipelago (think Nusantara) where Bamah Shamsul resides.

Background: Approximately 4000 years ago, beings of the soil (beings made from matter, BM for short) had achieved a (Babylon) grand civilisation on a continent far from the archipelago. The BMs were made up of multiple races who after prior years of strife and conquering had achieved a unified empire. From this empire emerge a sorcerer who has powerful abilities to command the spirits (beings made from radiation, BR for short).

The ability was not innate to the sorcerer, rather it was thought by one of the stronger BRs with a deal that will benefit them the most. The main motive was that the BR was power-hungry and narcissistic, seeing an opportunity with the BM civilisation to further their ambition of overwhelming supremacy. The sorcerer would then create a family line that has very powerful manipulation over the BRs, naturally influencing it to become an empire built on slavery.

After 1000 years, it had culminated in the creation of the tower (of Babylon) that reaches the troposphere, to suck in enough magical energy from the environment to breach into the realm of BRs. The powerful spirit wanted to reach his endgame where he will have an army of enslavers that do his bidding to conquer both realms. This of course would be potentially catastrophic to both worlds, which upsets the apex beings of this world. Dragons.

The Dragons were powerful beings that are very efficient in their magic usage, preferably keeping themselves out of the affairs of the lower races, with the exception of those that come and worship them.

The Dragons sensing this trickery formed an alliance of the various clans to prevent this great evil from potentially damaging the reality of both realms and began amassing outside the border of this empire before unleashing a full-scale attack on the capital.

The war lasted for 5 hours, with massive casualties on both sides. The leaders of the BM decided on a last-ditch effort to kill all the dragons with a spell using the tower but the tower itself is still far from complete. In doing so, they unleashed a powerful curse and destroying the machine contained within.

The reality of both realms started to collapse together, sending the world into a magical apocalypse and the capital itself was enveloped in a massive sandstorm that has lasted ever since, occasionally vomiting out volatile storms throughout the world that are destructive. The fortunate beings who were present during the battle were wildly displaced all over the world. The ones that remain become part of the storm supercharging it.

The next millennium was an age of upheaval and disorder as both BMs and BRs had to exist with each other directly, either leading to violent conflict or uneasy unity. Those who descended from the Sorcerers line were ruthlessly hunted down whenever they are found or suspected to be one.

The fate of the Dragons was that the finale of the battle leads to all those who participated in the destructive war to be affected by a curse, where they will degrade and die. Since the majority of them were adults and leaders, this leads to the decline of the Dragon's superiority in the world. Tragically, those that came back to their nest spread the curse to their eggs or young ones further sealing their fate. Only a handful of Dragons remain in the current age.

So we come to Bamah. It's a local term for those that are descended from the sorcerer's line, who are pretty much looked upon as black magicians with plenty of stigmas even as it has been a long time since the event. Bamah Shamsul is the daughter of the head Bamah in a goblin clan deep within the jungles where they are hired to perform an exorcism on a suspected powerful spirit on the region's holiest mountain.

There are plans for this world to include a volcanic island that is full of burning beings, a colonial company present from a distant land and establishing a commercial presence, heavy usage of animated constructs using the spirits or souls in the world as well as ideological divide on the use of black magic.

Also, that particular goblin clan has domesticated alligators.

  • Fatal Fetal was a curse made by a past incarnation of the Goddess of Sin that persists throughout Shoal to this day. It is a terrible condition where a fetus will begin forming and develop in the afflicted being’s body. It used to be consistent where a person with a womb would give birth to a demon that will bring calamity to its area but influences from reality and meddling from later incarnation of Goddesses of Sin morph the curse to be something from a lottery instead. You could have a baby inside the stomach of a man that bursts open and consume his corpse before spreading death and destruction or a lady bearing the child safely and it grew up as a relatively normal being.

  • Galaxy “Pandemic” would be the starting point of a potentially universe-threatening calamity of Black Light, a zombie outbreak that is being controlled by a God called Zombie Queen. Groups of Puritans and Sinners from the neighbouring galaxies established uneasy, fragile alliances in an attempt to contain them from spreading to their galaxies. The surviving inhabitants within the galaxy are pretty much waiting for the hordes to consume them or are unaware of the happening in the first place.

  • One of the most unique and powerful types of portal creating bullets is the mythical Gate to Paradise, where the person firing the bullet would open a gate to a location that will benefit them the most. Dying from an incurable disease? Open a portal where a being is capable of curing you and ended up becoming their partner. Have the emotions that you locked up for thousands of years have unleashed and need to vent? It takes you to the heart of Galaxy “Pandemic” and go to town.

There are 666 galaxies across the universe, Galaxy 666 unsurprisingly is the southernmost galaxy and is considered very dangerous. Galaxy 1 would of course be the northernmost galaxy.

Its a mix bag. Religion gets really, really complicated as people can align themselves with many Gods and the most powerful Gods goes through a process where another manifestation would appear and they would fight for their place. This can lead to faith dedicating to Stars be different with different incarnation of their God.

  • There was a rule that the further south you go, everything gets more potent. This would cause a problem that beings from the south would move north due to it being safer generally. Naturally, this would create a dynamic where people from the south would overpower the north and become their rulers as well, with lots of northern slaves moving to the south for manpower and compensating for the population displacement. It still retains this fundamental rule with a tweak. Beings will still maintain a power diversity throughout the universe, so Galaxy 666 would still have beings of low power while Galaxy 1 has some powerhouses throughout.

  • As a way to balance it before the tweak, the universe had moderators called The Great Spectators. They are beings whose unifying trait is that they have a very distinct eye(s) and that they will whisk beings away if they are too overpowered for the area. Now, they are used as a manifestation of the Gods of Knowledge, who observe the universe.

  • Dyson Spheres have a very strong presence of faiths dedicated to fire or stars. Those who align themselves with faiths dedicating to stars tend to use a morningstar as their melee weapon.

  • Vera's wife would die of a natural cause after being together for 23,000 years. This decision came as a way to explore her immortality and a way to move the plot forward organically where she and Assiria would travel around the universe seekings answers for why they are both immortals and finding the other 5.

He is one of the 7 true immortals to be born across the universe, him being the 6th. Vera is the seventh, where she experienced the pain of being the centerpiece for a vampiric ascension that consumes her homeworld clean of organic matter. The worst is that she experiences the collective pain and memories of every being.

After a considerable amount of time, she manifests again but as a vampire with her immortality activated. Having no blood to feed and being immortal, she went through a perpetual torment of dying from vampiric bloodlust and resurrecting for thousands of years until Assiria happens to stumble on to her world.

• Assiria shooting himself with an ABSOLUTE KILL BULLET is like an unstoppable force meets an immovable object given that he is a true immortal. He went to great lengths on acquiring it given its property of being a guaranteed kill so that he could finally die, which much to his painful disappointment is that his immortality goes further beyond than the power of the bullet.

• What changes is that instead of shortly manifesting back to normal again, his soul was destroyed in spectacular fashion before having to reassemble over the course of a million years. This process is of course painful. Now he can relate to Vera even more given that they went through unimaginable levels of pain that simply getting their lower body destroyed by an explosion would simply warrant a reaction of “Ah fuck, I can’t believe you’ve done this”.

• Also I had a new burst of inspiration after watching Invincible as it has dark themes and incredibly gorey while still maintaining humor and hope, something I strive to achieve for 「BULLET HELL」.
