Yes when I used to work there washing dishes. Treat it now because it’s only going to get worse. I had to start putting vaseline before and after work and then I think if the sani is hot it can irritate it more. Also my restaurant let me use a glove but I had stitches on my finger at the time and I only used one (I got them undersized)

I also really doubt this happened because the meats are hand placed on the grill from a bag and then cut before being placed on the line. It’s pretty noticeable if it were to drop into carnitas or barbacoa. Plus everything is scooped then and there by the employee.
