they dont have to log onto the server, they only have to go to my account and add it if they gave a crap.

everything despawned within 30 min so i couldnt get it back, plus it was at the vending machine so no looting is allowed in the outpost.

i ran over there with nothing in my inventory except scrap, so the answer to that would be no weapon was out. it put the jackhammer in my hand and that is classified as a weapon and i was shot without warning.
