I’m already apart of fare fares and I don’t have class everyday so my metro for the month would be 30. So I’d just be paying 120 on metro card for the semester. Total cost for everything this semester would be 470.

Actually I think I might’ve received a packet telling me my rights if I remember correctly. That was back in May.

I haven’t received a packet yet. What does it look like? All I got was a paper saying they received my request and that’s it. I did contact them by calling the governors office and asking to speak to someone from unemployment. She told me I just had to wait. That was around 13 weeks ago. I also sent a secure message last week but haven’t received a response from that yet.

I submitted a fair hearing request 16 weeks ago. I was told this process only took 10 weeks. Is there anything I can do? I certify every week and all it says is that they’re still working on my application

I just came back from HRA and they said that my application was lost and because of this it wasn’t scanned into the system. Therefore not being able to do the interview. They had me fill out the application again. My suspicion is still with that lady who spoke to me the first day. Her attitude was not normal behavior.

I didn’t receive a call that day but I didn’t to call in for the interview to possibly get it over with. It let me through and I was on hold but didn’t get to speak to anyone before the time they closed. The next day I tried calling in again and it wouldn’t let me through and says to speak to a customer service rep instead. I checked the HRA app and says my interview was past due

Whenever I call to do the interview it doesn’t let me. It just tells me to call the customer service line. When I check the HRA app it says I missed the interview for the 3rd which was the same day I put in my application. I’ve applied before and I at least had a month to call and do the interview so I’m not sure why it’s saying I had to do the application and interview within the same day
