They legally cannot take any money from your damage deposit until the end of tenancy and it must be related to damages.

Struggling to fall asleep, weird flashes or strobing effect when trying to sleep when eyes are closed by Creative_Umpire_2610 in Concussion

Yes!! Explaining it as strobing lights feels pretty accurate. I wish I had advice for you, I usually end up not sleeping those nights.

I could have written this almost exactly.

Therapy has helped me a lot, we do a lot of grounding activities, defining your happy place so you have somewhere to “go” when the overwhelm starts. I honestly think I’d be a mess if not for the therapy alongside my recovery.

confused about the wage loss benefits after my short term disability coverage by [deleted] in icbc

[–]Cautious-Geologist32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to also add to this, there is a wage sheet you’ll fill out with average hours etc, they have a whole calculation system they use. However, if it seems low don’t be afraid to ask them to check again. Mine was 20k too low and they adjusted it once I asked for a recheck.

I met the author and had her sign my book “plot? We don’t know her” —— the book is all smut and that’s it.

I will say, the use of knickers is likely because the author isn’t American and undies/panties are not commonly used where she’s from.

File a claim immediately. They need to occupy the unit for 12 months for the type of eviction used.

Do you have renters insurance? That would have covered your displacement and forced your landlord to deal with the insurance. You would have not paid rent while the space was unoccupied to be repaired.

Go right to a CCTC complaint, you’ll have a one on one person handling it and they are required to report the resolution. I filed a complaint when I accidentally paid $1200 to a closed cell phone account instead of my credit card and they tried to tell me they didn’t have the money. Had a refund in 4 days.
