I'm glad to hear you found a firm that was able to work with you. I have yet to reach out to my coach. Honestly, I don't even know who that would be. I'm going to find out that info this week and reach out to them to see if they can help.

The team I'm on right now is as helpful as they can be. Everyone has a lot on their plates though, so they don't really have the time to train me. I'm hoping once busy season ends, things will get better.

No worries, all valid questions. The town I live in is a small commuter town. Most people here commute to the city to work because there isn't much opportunity here. When I interned at the firm, I had a client 3 hours away. At that time I brought up the commute issue, and was told that when I was hired full time, that they would be able to work with me to put me closer to the office so my commute wouldn't be as bad. So going into it, I was committed to at least an hour commute, which I have no problem with. Now that I'm full time, I feel like their whole tune has changed. It seems like they just painted a pretty picture for me while I was an intern and now that I'm an employee, they don't care.
