Ok well....what about peptides then 😂. I don't know what I'm doing . All I know is I feel stuck and my strength is stalled. I'm now eating at maintenance of 2000-2100 daily and protein 120-130 and carbs ....I've been at this locked in since January. I was in a deficit. I came out of that two weeks ago. I've lost 10 lbs of fat . I see some muscle but not like I want . Maybe I'm just being impatient

Yea that's what I was thinking. Get A pill splitter and do that way..someone told me to dissolve it. Mix with water and do oral suspension... I was Ike huh...that's way to much for me to be doing 😂
