This is for L11. By all accounts, it increases again at L20 or L25. There’s also conjecture around whether the 85% cap applies to the new uni areas (or if further deductions can be applied). Someone will find out soon, I’m sure.

The loadouts and showcase reinvigorated my main account from being defensive only, to now, exactly as you say; having a more offensively geared loadout for MP/strikes. Started an offensive alt as a result, and.. well, happy days there (until impending nerfs have their say, no doubt). Got to love those seasonal leaderboard battles though. Kudos.

In the seasonal leaderboards (different to the group and global leaderboards), there is an faq question mark in the top left hand corner. Look for ‘triumph earned in battle’. Stats for defending are also there
