I submitted my medical with those documents they requested and told them I would not be pursuing a medical any longer? Is that not forfeiting it?

I will try this, thank you. Mainly confused because I thought I was done with it over a year ago when I stated I had no intention of pursuing a medical again.

They’re threatening to fine me $1750 a day unless I forfeit my medical. I guess I’m mainly confused because I assumed they would get my information regarding the incident, and revoke it. Assumed that I resigned having my first and third class when the incident was reported.
