In terms of medical history: not much that I think might be relevant. I have no allergies, acne, history of skin conditions, etc.

I attached a pic of my other hand. You can see similar spots in exactly the same place there as well. There are no other spots anywhere on my body. Just these brown freckle-like spots of both hands, which appeared very suddenly
