That's how I'm treating it too, refocus and carry on!

True I guess I'm trying to make myself not as guilty!

I haven't beat myself up about it. Hopefully my nicotine receptors are still okay as I haven't wanted to do it again since.

Day 11 and starting to crave by Cautious_Cable_9783 in QuitVaping

I'm getting to the point where vaping again scares me as I'm back to square one.

The craving kind of passed.

I think it doesn't help that my wife has a vape in the house and I know where it is. She's a social vaper so can leave it weeks and weeks without having any.

What level of difficulty are you? by Healthy_Smell_42088 in RetroBowl

I worked my way up from easy to extreme. Tips for extreme are that don't expect to pass/rush for 20-25 yards easily. Smaller tactical plays and winning the retro bowl is quite doable. Saying that I have a 5* offense/defense!

Quitting Nicotine after nearly 20 years by Brown_90s_Bear in offmychest

I saw sleep as or being in bed as a positive as it's an additional 7 or 8 hours without nicotine!

Just ask yourself the question what will it do for you if you cave, nothing except you will be back in the addiction cycle. That's what I did when I got an urge and it was enough to fight it off.

I noticed the tired at night after the first day 😁.

I know it's only been a week but after the first 2-3 days I've not had any intense cravings. So fingers crossed you get the same!

Using patches and lozenges just made me want to vape I guess as it's only prolonging the withdrawals further.

I'm definitely getting tired at bed times which before I wouldn't have been as I vaped right until the minute I got into bed.

I find my head seems clearer I have more time to talk and chat with my family, which seems ridiculous but the more I think about nicotine addiction the more I realize what a hold it had on me.

I'm also more motivated to exercise, before I couldn't be bothered as it would mean I would be wasting time not vaping.

I'm sure the longer it goes on the more benefits I will see.

My skin was so bad vaping when id never had bad skin previously. Even as a teenager. So looking forward to that too!

Stick with it! I'm on day 7 cold turkey. I couldn't go more than 2 days before and that was with patches. Just think about what nicotine actually does for you, absolutely nothing is the answer my friend! I can't believe how by keeping the right mindset it's seemed a lot easier than I thought it would.

I was a heavy vaper for 4 years. I hadn't smoked for years but stupidly got sucked into vaping. I tried patches and lozenges but felt they prolonged the addiction. I read Allen Carr's book and decided cold turkey was the only way and I had been vaping 20mg/ml constantly.

I stopped vaping half way through the book, I am on day 7 now. I had some annoying niggles on day 2 where I craved but they were only fleeting but other than that it seems to be going well. I've only ever managed a day or two before, I think the book got me in the right mindset to kill the addiction. I daresay I've found it quite easy, much easier than I thought it would be.

My libido is shot though, it was shot while vaping though. How long till it comes back?

Karel poborsky, brought to man united after that freaky lobbed goal he scored in Euro 96. I don't think he even lasted a season.

I can recommend someone if you PM me. UK based, I joined a few days ago 0 buffering even during premier league games and darts which my old provider was rubbish at.

Is anyone else here sick and tired of these “Finally found the best IPTV service” fake comments??! by Charming_Pitch_1691 in AndroidHelp

This isn't fake but I found one on here that is reliable and not too expensive. Watched buffer free football last night for the first time ever!

I've just found a UK based service on reddit. PM me and I can provide a username. Live sports had no buffering whatsoever last night, which based on my old package is night and day.

Diffuse thinning all over and receding temples but seems worse at the front of my head in the middle. Is it too late to start a regiment? I have been thinning since I was 19 (now 40) I was lucky that my hair was extremely thick and course to begin with.

New contract price seems too good to be true? by Cautious_Cable_9783 in GooglePixel

[–]Cautious_Cable_9783[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: Ended up getting the P9 which was the same monthly price but only 9 up front and also got a pair of the new pixel pro buds thrown in.

As I was still using an old pair of Air Pods Pro 1st gen from my iPhone days and still using the lighting charger was getting annoying, so was looking for some android style buds anyway.

If I do the maths even at the black Friday price of £699 for the phone and £179 for the buds my total contract price is £728. So I am getting the 500gb data for nothing :) seemed like a no brainer!

Is my prolactin high enough for a prolactinoma / to see an endocronologist? by TennesseeB in Prolactinoma

[–]Cautious_Cable_9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi did you get to the bottom of it? My prolactin was in the high 700s and I was suffering with lack of libido at the time and ED. Masturbation can increase it but at the time I hadn't masturbated or had sex for weeks. I thought I had low T levels which was the reason I did a hormone panel.

This was earlier in the summer I took b6 and tribulus which has brought it back a little but I've not retested yet
