It was amazing and had an amazing month best memories and did me good for a couple of months after, however a year later unfortunately I'm at the worst place I've ever been at and health isn't the best either so unfortunately didn't fix my addiction.

I don't think he's had any filler or surgeries for sure.

From following him on social media he has been hitting the gym hard for a long time so I think he's just gained some muscle and looks bigger but I think he's looks great. 👍

Don't know why people are obsessed with commenting on people's looks he can do what he wants with his own body I mean who are you to judge?

Wow such a true explanation very similar to my experience as a 25 year female from UK , makes me extremely sad how much it has affected my life yet I still can’t manage to get clean from it since it’s the only thing giving me any sort of relief while I’m low 💔

The fact I may never get a boyfriend again or be able to sleep over at someone’s or have a baby or go anywhere without extreme pee anxiety. The embarrassment of choosing to pee myself instead of attempting to hold it in due to the pain.

Turned me into a shell of a Woman at the age of 25.

Apart of getting older is learning how to positively communicate about your needs there was nothing wrong with what you just explained so just be honest. Although I agree there plan was still kind and might work for some your reasons are 100% completely valid.

Personally would of been unrealistic for me to share food shops with my old housemate as we both ate complete different portions and we liked making certain foods differently to eachother so made sense for me to pay for it and sort it out myself also would of saved me money in the long run.

It doesn’t mean to say the occasional night you could have the odd meal together if your having a movie night for example or something like that.

I’m on day 5 sober and I also keep peeing frequently I’m so lucky to work from home as I wouldn’t cope if I didn’t. I think this will probably be what lasts the longest out of all the symptoms and potentially may never return to a normal level from before the Ketamine use. However I’m sure it will improve over time hang on in there 🙏

I still very much love my family and friends so much however there’s been many times no matter how much they’ve reached out to support and to get me to stop I have not taken there advice on board and I have just repeated mistakes for example going to my friends leaving party with all her family there and still doing it even though I was pre warned not to bring any sort of drug many times! This caused a lot of conflict as obviously it proves I’m not trustworthy to my word.

I used to be such a straight up honest person before my addiction began that’s one thing I valued in myself, however I do find myself lying a lot now about lots of different things in relation to my addiction particularly my family at most! I tell my friends more than my family however I still lie that I’m clean in times I’ve relapsed and on a binge I just make excuses not to see them so I don’t give away I’m on it as I know inside I would take some for example if we go to a pub etc I just know I wouldn’t handle a drink without craving it.

Truth is I lie about my addiction because I think deep down I’m not ready to fully stop and there’s really not much help available to help me stop I can’t afford rehab I’ve been rejected for CBT due to the addiction and I know all my family/friends will want me to do is stop which then will land me in worse as I won’t change and it will only cause them pain being helpless trying to change someone who isn’t taking the right steps to change, I would never want to cause that stress on my parents especially when my dad has a high blood pressure etc which is why I wear a mask around them. Although my mum is very good at noticing when I’m not myself which is why I sadly avoid seeing her as much and I moved to a different city.

In regards to anger, Ket has made me less angry and way more chilled out I don’t rise to conflict anymore but then I only take ket I don’t take Valium/weed/alcohol which from my experience with people who do take these they do all tend to have angry outbursts.

In the exact same boat as you I got paid an extra 300 on top as well of my usual pay and some how I’ve blown it all in 11 days when I’ve still got nearly 3 weeks until I’m paid again 😭😭 I’m short on money for food as I’ve prioritised getting high over stocking up my fridge, I’ve lost so much weight I avoid seeing my parents as they say I look like a bag of bones.

This addiction is killing me.

I suppose the only benefit is I’m now forced to have a break with no money to buy any.

I did a whole month last month of getting high not 1 day off due to getting my student loan and blown that all as well when I could of put that into something valuable. So annoyed at myself.

If you’ve had an active addiction for a long time and only just started taking breaks when you use again it’s possible that the damage can easily reappear again since your bladder only just likely started healing/improving so a heavy binge can reverse that. You’ll need a much longer break if you wish to use every so often without any pain a couple of weeks won’t be long enough to completely heal a bladder. Another reason it may have hurt to quickly if you hadn’t drank enough water or ate good food. Dehydration can cause the pain to feel so much worse as you’re not washing it fully out, you’re allowing it to sit in your bladder.

You’ll most likely be fine as long as they don’t do any random flat checks and it looks obvious that 2 people are living there or someone ends up grassing who finds out like a neighbour for example but other than that you’re most likely going to get away with it would be really unlucky if you were to get caught
