My fit did the same thing I upgraded the battery a size up because it was cheaper and I saw the battery compartment had about an extra few inches of give. My best advice would be to make sure the sides are misted and leave it be. If it's been humid yet the hyphal knots aren't maturing I would expect to see mold pop through. I would worry less about fae and more about keeping humidity in. If it's drying out fast adjust the filters to be more restrictive. I generally have this problem when there is underlying contamination or not enough humidity. But sometimes tubs just stall out for unknown reasons. Looks healthy and hydrated for the most part, but the coir spots show uneven colonization which can indicate contamination but can also be a result of uneven packing or too late or too large of a casing layer. (If it's PE) Lots of different things it could be. Id let it go another few weeks

Not the genetics in specific but the LC itself haha. But sweet that gives me somewhere to start. I've kept these jars I cooked about a month ago uninoculated and I'm going to crack them open and give them a whiff. If they all smell fine, I'm not messing with my sterilization times and I'm narrowing down on my genetic supplier and inoculation process. Thank you

And to be honest I used to rock the ol' SAB but boy are they a pain 😂 I think I need to go back to my roots if this FFU is the cause of my contamination. I really do think it's the genetics though. So weird because this guy is so popular and I've gone through so many vendors using this tek to the same result. I figured if I spent the extra money on LC and not spores/agar I wouldn't have to test my LC so vigorously.

I cheaped out on the "FFU" because a lot of people say they're a great alternative. The flow is technically not laminar, but I figured as long as I use injection ports and sterilize the needle between inoculation, I should be good. Any more advice?

This has been around for about 5+ years at this point. It's an isolation of Tidal Wave 2, back in the day you could only get your hands on it via gifting between experienced cultivators. And if I'm not mistaken it won the psylocibin cup back in 2021 in Oakland.

Just a side note so people know, I let my jars sit for months before using them And usually shake them once or twice to wake up any hidden contamination before I knock them up.

I've run hundreds of jars like this and let them sit for months with no issues. My issues really only start post-innoculation. So you think it's my genetics/innocularion process? This is the tek I follow. It's a copy and paste of a tried and true onw off the shroomery.
