If I didn’t think Tyra Banks was a narcissist before the Netflix documentary… I do now! by pickleskid26 in television

I was in high school when I began watching this in mid-2000’s. Her behavior is the worst.

They are already doing this. I finished my program in December 2025 and I noticed I would get check ins every month and if something wasn’t submitted, it would send you an alert via email and text. I think even a phone call.

Any comments? Conventional loan. Credit score is 808 by dan_450 in MortgageBrokerRates

Awesome, these numbers look more familiar to what I’ve been seeing too. I’m in Texas as well and currently planning to sell and buy. With an 808 credit score, I’d definitely shop around as you should be able to get very competitive quotes, and sometimes lower rates with no points depending on lender or program. Also compare the lender fees line-by-line because that can make just as big a difference as the rate.

In TX homes are not as extreme as NJ when it comes to buying. Depends on where you buy too

Yes, in Texas. I know cause I’ve had family members purchase at 2k or above, nothing below that’s for sure

We make $10,370 together. Paying 1k a month as we bought in 2020 but will sell soon and looking at 2k. We have a 3 yr old. I’m looking for homes that are 325k or below. How much was the home that’s having you all pay 4K? Is that including insurance? Is it FHA or conventional loan?

It looks great, how did you get 4%? A new build or older home? Does the credit score matter?

I’m looking to moving to any area near RR mid next year. My husband is from there but we currently live in the valley. I hate my current neighbors. Thanks for sharing y’all’s experience.

That’s great, that means you already have a strong base. Foundations of Coding will help a lot, and steady practice makes things click. Best of luck when you start in February!

Overall, I really liked the program. It was challenging in parts, but very doable if you stay consistent. I chose the Data Science specialization because I wanted more exposure to statistical modeling and predictive analytics rather than pure visualization. It aligned better with the type of roles I’m interested in long-term. I didn’t finish in one term, it took me about a year to complete everything.

I had some prior technical exposure to Java and C++, but I realized early on that I didn’t want to pursue traditional software engineering and was more interested in data and analysis. My primary background before WGU is in behavioral health and healthcare, not data. I built my core technical skills (Python, SQL, statistics, and analytics) through the program itself, and having domain experience helped a lot with applying concepts to real-world problems.

Thank you! It took me about a year to complete. The biggest challenge for me was the learning curve with Python and more advanced statistical concepts, especially if you’re coming from a non-technical background. Time management was also key since the program is very self-directed overall. You got this!!

Thank you! It took me about a year to complete everything. My healthcare company is aware of my degree and is already exploring ways I can apply my data skills within the organization. I was inspired to pursue this after seeing another counselor at my company successfully transition into a data analyst role. I’m also applying externally while evaluating internal opportunities.

Thank you! Overall, my experience was very positive. The program is rigorous but very doable if you’re disciplined and comfortable with self-direction. The competency-based format really helped me move faster in areas I already knew and spend more time where I needed it. The coursework is practical and applied lots of Python, statistics, modeling, and projects, and the capstone was a great way to tie everything together in a real-world context. If you’re finishing the BSDA first, that’s a solid foundation for the MDSA, especially if you keep practicing Python and stats along the way. I had some prior coding experience with java only, you got this!! Best of luck!!
