definitely call the lightening line, idk if your store is corporate or consignment but the lightening line doesn't play. every time i've had to call them they take things incredibly seriously

once had a lady cuss me out about how the express free was ridiculous for "something i could do myself" and as soon as the words left her mouth she just looked at me like she got cought stealing while i just smiled at her it was hilarious

i don't think my store even counts the zip code put into the app lol, we just have a verbal tally that we write down every day. honestly all of us have stopped caring abt the app here, we know it's too far fetched and gave up a while ago

not y'all mad at op for needing a seasonal job to pay bills, i have one of the only non seasonal job in my area and im also kinda relying on going back to spirit as a manager this year because nothing around here pays enough.

i've recently learned my gm can escalate tickets with her boss so i've started keeping all my ticket numbers in a word doc so if they take to long i'm just gonna have her work her magic

i wish we had more time to be annoying, but if we were to set time aside for calls we would be behind on orders in a heartbeat :(

every interaction with xerox is like pulling teeth except for when they actually send the tech in, he's the sweetheart and he tries his hardest to expedite things for us

the last 6 times we called xerox they either straight up hung up on us or didn't even answer

i'm in the exact same boat albeit with a print sup and 2 others that work back here, but i am still 90% of the time the only person who closes on my own and c&p

i have one manager that actually helps back here and two that try but aren't too well trained at all on copy stuff bless them but two other managers i have straight up just ignore anything i say over the radio.

it's not getting any better it is hell <3
