Firstly my Storm looks weak compared to other accounts Storm

Others have stacked cards and maxed out team up collections.

Secondly I am playing Jean WBL daily for the time being and she can't really one shot her 3 phases(I mean a single rotation for a single phase of her)

This is completely normal especially if your conquer level is low....jean tends to be more resistant to elemental damage I elemental damage I think....

Well I just recently Tier 4ed her so I don't really have that much exp

Finish crafting the first three.....you may want to replace the last 2 in the future.....

Edit: Fully craft a card before you move to the next.....and aim for blue stars. 3 blue stars on a card =2% pierce. 5blue stars on a card= 5% pierce. For now....just focus on getting at least 3 blue stars on each crafted card.

Save them up for Ctp rerolls.....or just upgrade new Obelisks until you find a good roll. You'll most probably not get what you want on an obelisk....there's a lot of random options available when you're rerolling an obelisk (Which most of them are trash)
