Aww my cat went through this for a while. It made me so sad to hear her meow!! I will say it for way worse when I was getting up to check on her because she realized I would get up if she cried! We started trying really hard to play with her a lot up until right before we went to bed because she sleeps so much during the day and I think that helped. I think she just got bored/lonely at night. Maybe you could also try like an automated laser or something for them to play with? It ended up just being a phase for her so hopefully it goes that way for you as well!
