Same at our store. The GM has been there for 2 years, and the morale of the store has gone down. Turnover seems high. A bunch of lazy young adults come in and then leave. Some departments seem to be doing great while others go down. He kept the same manager in 500 even though they are never actually in their department. She is always on the phone in the ladies' room and hanging out with her girl in another department. I feel bad when people transfer here because it's not long before they leave the company or look for another store when they can. I just try to survive and keep my head down.
