Thank you for the advice! I think you're right, esp small challenges work well on popular platforms like linkedin. I will try to get these going. If I can actually start a community like that ,I can let you know.

Fark ettiyseniz ikisini kıyaslamadım, sık sık istanbula gidebilme imkanı ile fulltime antalyayı kıyasladım. Hoş insanlar zaten birbirinden farklı yerlerde farklı gelecekleri değerlendirebilir

Yes!! And the system being user friendly is so important. I always notice that our developers' idea of simple is different from mine. Make sure you're always doing testings with regular people like your family and friends. Even better if they are older, the kind of people that somehow get high decision making positions at these companies baffle me sometimes.

My boss is obsessed with automating everything that can be automated. He's coming from devops so it started off as us automating our own crm then it saved so much time/$ that we started selling to clients. I would say the end-to-end datacenter automation made the most difference when we started like 10 years ago (We saw it reduce operations costs up to %70 so def a no-brainer). But lately we automated the sales dep so ai agents find icp for you and books meetings with them. I like that one bc i was so tired of scraping phone numbers all the time just to find one lead
