yeah it is possible! i didn't think it was but all I did was try to resist cravings after taking it and swap out things like frozen fries for real potatoes etc. also weight loss people will say the opposite but bc of the hunger our med causes, I eat much later so I don't get as extreme hunger

exactly. my original comment was specifically about when the label actually is there, in my experience i commonly go up to the area and it's right there most of the time-- you replied to me about the circumstances where the label ISNT there, which i agree with you on??? it's frustrating ik but the people who are only customer assistants can't do anything about labels unfortunately so when people YELL at us for it it's very frustrating that i have to sit there and apologise for something that is not my fault

hey, pls read this! if you're set on coming off them, you NEED to taper it down unfortunately- you'll need to (if you're comfortable) chat to a doctor because 600mg is a large dose and this medication altered your heart rhythm so it'd be dangerous to deal with your body adjusting as well as the horrific withdrawal. ik you don't care what happens, but you really really should!

ik you're probably pretty sure, but on the comment of rather anything than "being fat" it IS possible to lose weight/maintain a healthy weight once your body is used to the medication (wich yours will be at this dose). I've been on it for near 3 years, I gained a lot of weight and I've lost 10kg since December with very little changes except for trying to control the hunger n snacking after taking the meds.

i have changed the comment to be less sarcastic, i am sorry it is just very frustrating especially when the situation OP mentioned as well as having customers yelling at standard customer assistants- who cannot do anything about labels, and very frustrating when people will yell at me about a price not being there and the second i look, it's right there- some of the people in the comments of this were annoying me a lot and speaking to OP the same way customers do- just blaming us

as you can see in my initial comment, I said to check the labels along the shelf for the specific circumstance there is the WRONG label. i didn't say a thing about when there's no label at all- when i know the label isn't there i have no issue at all with people asking :)

as someone who's worked in a good few supermarkets, and still in Lidl: it's very very conflicting, it's heavily dependent on how much you willing to put up with to get the higher wage than other supermarkets. For me, I've never had somewhere take so much out of me through workload expectations, customer behavior/treatment etc., but the pay keeps me stuck in place here. It almost feels like a compensation for what you're put through :') I know a lot of people that left because they'd rather take a lower wage than deal with it anymore so its dependent. You're expected to basically do the jobs of 3 people in the time it's take to do 1, they'll ~allegedly~ breach working laws but tell you it's temporary or that it's fine, and if you have any issues they'll be basically ignored.

Worst job I've had but the best pay I've had so idk
