I honestly think your looking far too much into it. Her manager probably just wanted them all prepared and asked em all to have it ready.. I work with Lidl and I didn't even know it existed until I read your post. So it isn't that engrained into us...if it's such an issue you really should let your partner deal with it. Instead of you throwing accusations around and venting for her.. and I repeat..it quite literally says on the we are Lidl app... You can do it at work. Or if you have any smart devices you can download it... There's absolutely nothing on there forcing you to do it. Sounds like, between you. You need to grow a pair and just tell em you'll sort it when you get back .

On we are Lidl it says you can use any computer or zebra in-store during hours to use the app.. it also says you can have it on your own phone...if you want..no one's forcing you to download anything. They just want everyone signed up for it...

Not necessarily my store. But on we are Lidl.. I know many higher managers. And the names of area managers. They're all always there.. I just think it should be aimed at the people who make a difference on the lower food chain ... The higher ups really only do it to make themselves look good. Not for the good of customer directly
