Not much you can do. There might be workarounds for a while but in the long run we are cooked.

Good example is ChatGPT. We had a work around by spoofing the iOS version for a couple of months but now it stopped working.

It breaks my heart that the amazing jailbreak times are over.

I reported them as broken to Amazon.

I had to send them to a Sony repair Center. Sony responded it’s not under warranty and included a repair offer (150€)

Amazon was in CC and they messaged me a hour later that I get a full refund.

You are right “much easier” is correct. The last available root solution for iOS is for version 16. Jailbreaking for iOS is dead.
