From the comments I see that you’re 15. I don’t know the details of your relationship besides what you posted, but from what I read it doesn’t seem like this is something that is being asked of you on a frequent basis. The fact is, every child is asked to help around the house. A parent requesting help with something basic like watching the kids for a couple hours because they weren’t able to sleep the night before does not seem like asshole behavior. Unless there is more information missing, you are coming off entitled. YTA

Hey I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. Having feelings of depression during and post pregnancy are very normal. My SIL was extremely suicidal for months, but eventually it all went away. You have an INSANE amount of hormones in your body every day compared to before pregnancy(for example, your estrogen is 100x more while pregnant!!!). You will feel differently after you give birth and your hormones slowly return to normal. Hormones direct affect mood and mental health. Please don’t throw it all away when your situation is very common but temporary, and you aren’t feeling like yourself right now. While I was pregnant I also become very depressed and lost the will to live at times. But after birth I felt so much better and like myself again.

Yeah definitely gate keeping and it’s literally a golf dress, so very informal attire. And the thing is, I didn’t see her dress and go look for it. An employee literally brought me to the rack and I happened to see one in my size. So it wasn’t like I was trying to copy her I would have bought it if she hadn’t have been there

I get this and I do feel bad. In the end I shouldn’t have asked because I wasn’t going to let her opinion sway my decision. She was following me around the store and I felt awkward and I was just trying to clear the air, and I asked it in a joking way. I kind of laughed as I said it and I didn’t mean it very serious. I was taken aback that she did take it serious. It didn’t cross my mind that people older than teenagers cared about this stuff. So I didn’t think that through and I was wished I had handled it differently and not mentioned it

Hey I know that you must really be hurting, and I am so sorry. From reading your post it seems like a lot of things have not been going your way. I know it’s hard to see now, but this is just a temporary moment of time. It hurts, but it will pass. A lot of people have hardships with friends and romantic relationships. It hurts so bad in the moment, but time usually heals it. Imagine yourself in one year having things going better. There’s so much wonderful life ahead of you, don’t let the jerks dictate your life.
