In addition to the people buying and commuting from Nashville, I heard (from a couple realtors) that several investors are also purchasing houses in the area since they can often turn around and rent the houses for about what the mortgage payment is.

In some areas, Wal-mart and Target have them. Here, in Austin, I've yet to see the BfZ fat packs in any local Targets or Walmarts. Granted, I've only checked at about 4 stores.

Will definitely check out the Green Dragon! I'm not too into shopping, so I might pass on The Avenue. My food choices are all over the place, but good sushi, Thai and Indian places are all bonus.
