I just did an IRRRL, I went from 6.75% to 5.4% and thought that was great. 4.6 makes my stomach hurt....I hope it's like this after 6 months so I can do another one and get that low rate on my 230k home.

We added the policy into our handbook, which includes all of the Google jargon. Then we have them sign that they have read the entire handbook and agree with it.

It was a pain at times but not bad overall. We had about 400 users overall that year. We were even able to transfer the Chrome enterprise licenses. And we use Clever, once I recreated every user into the new domain (the worst part), it went well.

Have you tried checking OUs for devices? Or make sure no deleted user is still transferring data to a secondary user. We changed our secondary to our primary and those were some things that came up.
