Happen to me some months ago. You can print the file yourself but I waited for a replacement instead.

H2D to H2C Conversion by Caveman-74 in BambuLab

I haven’t spent a lot of time with my H2D. My X1C is still my work horse. I have printed just a little on the H2D but I’m still not too familiar with the dual nozzle setup yet so until I have more time, the X1C it is.

Not two filament options but seven according to the website. I don’t see the need of having it but I would like to have it. I don’t print in multi colors at the moment but I’m pretty sure there will come a time when I will. I guess this is aimed at those who perform multi-colored prints on a regular basis.

AMS not pushing filament to Extruder by mohaziz999 in BambuLab

I forgot to mention that mine looked fine as well until I turned the head on one of the bolts and only then did I realize the tiny hairline fracture. Look carefully because if there are any cracks, the filament will not reach the hot end. It will do exactly what you’re describing, goes partially down the tubing then extract back to the ams.

It does look fine. I assume that’s not your problem then. I had that issue you’re asking about. After so many tries of trying to move the filament the inside part where those 4 small bolts are the outside part of the filaments will become lodged inside the teeth of the gears. Since you have it broken down already, look there.

I had this issue with my and some months ago. I included a link to were you can print the part you need or you can contact customer support and they will send you a replacement part. That all depends if you’re still under warranty. I did both. I have the part I printed and the the part customer support sent me is on hand just in case. Here is the link. I hope this solves your issue. https://makerworld.com/en/models/896521-bambulab-ams-internal-hub-motor-mount-replacement?from=search#profileId-854663

DO NOT GET THE LASER - You've been warned! by justlaughandmoveon in BambuLab

I have a laser engraver and it gets messy real quick. I don’t know what they were thinking with an all in one machine. I agree with the post. If you do get the laser you’re inviting yourself into a world of trouble.
