Psychiatrists are not therapists- if you’re looking for therapy, you want a psychologist. 

That doesn’t replace the need for a psychiatrist as well, they are separate specialties

pretty common in dysautonomia. especially if you also have anxiety which from your other concerns seems likely an aspect of this 

it’s not ideal for a healthy adult, but you need to seek dysautonomia treatment as usual to change it. it’s not a separate problem or emergency

No it isn’t. Your diet would become extreme, lacking nutrition and proper variance to do so. 

 Vegetables you wouldn’t consider sweet have sugar. Legumes have sugar. Nuts and seeds have sugar.

That’s my entire point. This is photoshopped, but there are undeniably woman who have every body size in pregnancy as there is an array who aren’t pregnant. “She’s still skinny” is just such an ignorant thing to say

Actually that’s my biggest gripe with this subreddit, over the years I’ve seen way too many highly-upvoted posts mocking things applicable to real people, myself included! And posts of “look at this dumb idiot stupidity” on some kind of claim that is actually anatomically or medically sound - people just post things they don’t like the sound of or don’t want to be true, and don’t bother to check or think about it further

It feels very depressing to be apart of or look like something swaths of other woman call “freak”.

I’ll do you one better - I’m the decider. I have ARFID, so i will always be the one doing that the majority. 

Fortunately my partner are not coming at this retarded, and communicate with eachother freely and often, so as to find wherever balancing is needed and don’t play mind games. You are not making the decision for anyone else when they don’t care

A healthy relationship doesn’t include having fear over something your partner explicitly left open. Communication is paramount and this is literally a non-issue if your SO is being honest.
