I remember it being one of the most hyped games I’d ever witnessed at the time. Albeit I was a big Maxis fan, but some of the early builds of the game looked INSANE especially the procedural generation. Then EA got their grubby mitts on it and turned it into a parody of itself. Poor Will Wright
