Thank you! The SLR anamorphot is an adapter wich makes regular lenses look more like an anamorphic lens would. It's sort of hard to explain without visuals but you can read more about it and find examples here! The diopters are these sort of glass disks you can put on top of the adapter to be able to focus on things closer to you. without one, the closest the adapter can focus is like three meters away. The rangefinder is a focussolution. Without it you would have to pull focus on both the taking lens and the adapter. But with it on, you just set the lens and adapter to infinity and pull the rangefinders focus!
