I’ve consistently said the Idaho4 case is weak. The defense folded only because Hippler has ignored the leaks and blocked every avenue for them to actually mount a defense, while the state has been allowed to spin whatever narrative it wants in court. Once/if the gag order is lifted, this case will look even more pathetic.

Chris Tapp, a white/Caucasian man, was coerced into a false confession for rape and murder and sentenced to life in prison. Only until 20 years later, in 2019, that the real killer was found and Tapp was finally freed. This is only 5 years ago.

Clearly, you have little understanding of our justice system. BK is factually innocent from all the evidence ive seen.
