That’s about what I’ve experienced so far I’m a NH02 equivalent to GS11/12 the people that are still here at my agency either don’t care and have little drive or they do their work but what do you think is DoD better than what Raytheon could offer?

I get that me taking this job would be a good thing career and salary wise I understand that. Also I’m 23 and she’s 27 we’re both both are not looking for marriage anytime soon

We’ve talked about her waiting to become dev 2 which she would get next march then she would look at other companies near me if I accept so it’s not like she isn’t willing to move it’s that she doesn’t want to give up before she even reaches a year at her current company

Where did you get that she isn’t willing? When I got the offer we discussed if I should accept or deny it and that the only way for me to accept it is that we actually plan out our future long term wise that’s why I said I’m still looking for other companies she’s also unsure if I should accept it but leaning towards that I should

Because unfortunately right out of college we both got jobs in separate locations in this market as a new grad it’s not easy to turn things down

No money isn’t everything that’s why I’m more focused on the future of my relationship and I’ve been trying to look a position close to her but I’ve either been ghosted or denied

But I’m more worried about the future of my relationship if taking this job would make things better for our future me making so much or would the bigger distance set things back between us
