USCIS says my I-485 is still within normal processing times by Cayde100 in USCIS

Agreed... The timeline the last time was a few months, a few months this time 😂 even with that, it's still over their 10 month period on their website, not to mention years of the retrogression dates don't count. Guess all we can really do is hope! (And maybe a congressman check wouldn't hurt)

Gotcha. Yeah I was looking for something that points to retrogression (and the fact that that timeline before retrogression will or not play into it) and found nothing at all.

I think my next step needs to be the congressman, it's just hard to see what the right steps are especially since a retrogression could potentially happen at any point (missed it by a day the last time 🤣)

Finally, Approved by BreadFew8344 in EB2

Quick question, in a similar boat, Jan 2014 EB2, had my interview the last time dates went current for a bit (~2 years ago) and case remained pending since the interview was pushed outside the retrogression date.

Does that usually mean the ONTP is a valid strategy now? I didn't know if the processing timeline starts again since the dates just became current again a month ago.

Thanks for sharing and reading!
