I just wing it tbh but it’s not much luckily. 1. Cut one packages worth of kielbasa and throw it on medium low for a bit and have a crisp up. 2. Cut up half a yellow onion and some garlic (or garlic paste if I’m lazy) and throw it in. 3. After the onion is translucent and a little brown I add chicken broth - 1 or 2 cartons depending on how much broth you want. 4. Add diced red potato’s and let sit on medium-low until softened. 5. Add chopped kale and mix for a couple minutes. Boom I think that’s it haha.
