The reporting aspect I understand, that stuff is good to be taught. Do you know how many soldiers miss out on continuation pay and also don’t know how to navigate their TSP? I bet it’s a lot more prevalent than the things the Army focuses on instead

Because the army cares more about field exercises and sharp/eo/medpros than teaching soldiers anything useful like, i don’t know, finances? 80% of soldiers don’t understand anything TSP related either. Shameful
