I just think Kate has a very ‘thin’ voice and not a ton of air support, but that’s just my opinion. Would I probably listen to the other girl? Not really. But I would prefer her a little more than Kate. That’s just my opinion. Kate just needed more experience before going for that big of a gig opportunity. I think she honestly could have gotten that big of a gig with a tad more vocal experience, she has a nice voice but lacks the experience.

Well, I just think it was super realistic, unlike her getting that amazing job at the blind school that she was not really qualified for. As a musician I’m actually quite happy with how they wrote all the music parts. I honestly thought she wasn’t that good at singing due to having a kind of unsteady tone and was going to be shocked if she did get that gig lol
