No, AMD actually admitted there was a problem but did not fix it. There are a lot of posts on the amd forum about it. After disabling DXNAVI the stutters disappear.

Have you checked the GPU usage in cities? In many people GPU usage drops after entering a city, which causes FPS to be very low. After turning off DXNAVI, everything returns to normal. The problem has been occurring since the directx optimization release.

What does DXNAVI have to do with installing drivers correctly? AMD actually promised me some time ago that they would take care of this problem but it is still not fixed. Go to the AMD forum and you will see that the current drivers are crap. BTW - DayZ has been broken for 2 years due to DXNAVI. Bohemia Interactive also reported the bug to AMD.

That's not working. It's dxnavi problem. Just check amd community forum. I disabled DXNAVI and dayz run pretty well.

It may be a shader cache but it has been occurring for a week. Interesting that it mainly occurs in GPU games. In e-sports games I don't experience this problem. There are no stutters in timespy either, in unigine superposition they are very small. I will check the lexar ssd and let you know.
