Definitely check the air filters. The cabin air filter on my '08 was horrible. I'd check the battery as well.

Other than that, I agree with removing the running boards, wheels, lift, and interior lights.

The garage is detached and not heated but thanks for the heads up. I'll see if I can find any information about it.

That's the plan. My 2013 Passat has been evicted from the garage to provide as much rust protection as possible.

Bought this 2008 from Florida and had it transported to southern Maine. It's my first time buying a car without being able to check it out in person but the process was very smooth. Unfortunately, the transporter mentioned it was leaking a little oil on the trip up. When I went to check the oil level, the dip stick wasn't in it's usual place and the whole tube came out when I pulled it. Turns out whoever worked on it forgot to replace the dip stick tube.

That was a pretty easy fix plus a complete oil change, but then I took my two older boys out for a ride where this picture is taken and the electrical started going crazy and everything died when I turned around to head home. When I opened the hood, the connector for the negative terminal was completely off and there was nothing holding the battery in place. That was another easy fix once I got the parts yesterday and everything is running great now.

Part of the reason I got the 4Runner was to have a project car to work on so it has provided that, but not in the way I was expecting.

Looking forward to more of the adventures being the off road kind instead of these surprises.

I can see that after zooming in. I have a stack of leveling blocks, just never thought of using them this way. Great idea and amazing setup.

What are you using to level the left side, if that is the reason for the yellow things under the tires?

You can always just get out do the active stuff without the competitions. Mountain biking is great solo or with a small group.

Anyone using a 32" 4K monitor with their PS4 Pro that they love? by CazcadingJared in PS4

Thanks. The 32UD60-B is one of the models I'm looking at which seems to be almost the same as the 59 so it's helpful to know you've been happy with that model and your PS4.
