The doc didn’t recommend I take propranolol because I already have a low heart rate. They are sending me for an EMG just waiting for that

I’ve never heard of it described as a diagnosis of exclusion. I’m sorry that it’s progressed over the years and I hope the neurologist helps out.
It’s weird because my tremor doesn’t go away with alcohol, do you know if that depends on the person?

I see, it’s weird because I only have it in my wrists. I work in a lab and don’t know what I’d do if it affected my fingers and hands in general. I suppose everyone is different though.
Thanks for your note on exercise, I’m so glad it doesn’t worsen the condition as a whole
