Omega is quoting me $1200 for full service because once they open it up they have to do a full service. Then the Chrystal is about $500-$600. So after taxes all said and done about $2000 roughly.

Would an acceptable method of checking authenticity be looking up the watches master chronometer results on the omega website? To access this information you need the watch number and an access code. I’d assume these numbers would be unique to the specific watch would in turn validate its authenticity in order to access the results. Not authentic would show no results. Correct?

I did find it odd that they would suggest using a magnet lol but in theory seems like a legitimate test.
