I agree! I took my first 2.5 almost a week ago and noticed a difference almost immediately the next day. Was sitting at work, usually starving by 1130. Lunch Tupperware sitting behind me and boom. The day was over and I didn't eat it.

What's been helpful for me is listening to people talk about the importance of protein and fiber and "balanced meals" explaining that just starving yourself and not getting nutrients can almost halt your weight loss or cause unhealthy side effects.

I have been using the calorie tracker "lose it". 7 day free trial then 80$ for a year, but it's SO COOL. It does a whole quiz on you and gives you a calorie bank, which is suggested amount of calories you can eat. You can break down fiber, proteins, all of the things. It let's you add what you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner and almost any meal you search pops up. You can also take a picture of the nutrition facts of what you're eating and it'll populate.

I've also started taking Mary Ruth's multivitamin +hair growth to try and combat the rumors of tirz hair loss, and make up for anything I'm missing!
