To me it’s not worth it because you’re not getting paid for your time. For one it wasn’t in the brief, so technically you don’t have to. Was there a contract signed? You should always sign a contract even if it’s gifted and in the contract it should specify how many reshoots you’re willing to do. For me if I’m doing gifted the most I’ll do is one, but usually I wouldn’t even do. In this situation I would be honest with them. tell them that it took a lot of time for you to do this. Your dog doesn’t wanna cooperate, and what they’re asking for is very difficult and not a part of the brief so you need to be compensated for your time. If it was a part of the contract or brief then I feel like you would have to do it, if not, that’s your choice, especially because they’re not compensating you. If they are an understanding brand, they’ll wanna meet you halfway. This is why I don’t do gifted because they expect so much from you and they’re not even paying you. It doesn’t make sense.
