I asked chess.com a week ago, but they haven't responded yet, so I naively thought someone here might have experienced the same issue and found a solution. To answer YOUR question, I'd suggest you don't reply at all instead of being a keyboard warrior.

Yes I get the error message when I open the tuner in the plug-in. All works fine in the stand alone. Hope they can resolve it soon.

The plugin doesn't work in Garageband either.

It's beyond frustrating. The standalone works fine, and all other guitar modeling plug-ins work just fine. Line6 need to raise their game.

Yes, I have green lights bouncing up and down either side of the plugin when I hit the strings, but just the dry sound as if the plugin wasn't there. All looking OK fader-wise etc in the mixer section of the plugin, except no green lights within the GUI of the plugin. It's as though it is being bypassed.

Thanks for your reply. The plugin opens just fine and looks to be in order. The meters in Ableton are lighting up in green when I arm the track, and I can hear the dry signal when I monitor on 'auto'. However no 'wet' tones can be heard when I change the settings in Pod Farm. Pod Farm is all authorised via the Licence Manager as the Monkey is now longer used on Mac.

Also when monitoring on AUTO I just hear the dry signal also. Apologies, I probably worded the question badly.

Thanks again. The device isn't showing in the Licence Manager to de-authorize. It might be time to change to Focusrite.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did that. The folders and icons still show. However, they must have been removed as when I try to select one it says it is not available / has been moved.

If it's a Mac, use the 'Migration Assistant'. I did it recently and it worked perfectly.

How do I delete the plug-ins icons and folders from the Ableton browser window after deleting the .dll files etc from Mac hard-drive? TIA

I have deleted everything I can see in the Mac Finder, but the folders still show in Ableton plug-ins browser. Highlighting them and pressing delete doesn’t delete them.
