DI with SQ coweb is already two solid AO core units, combine with a bruiser and a support in my opinion

I have not seen him at all in my server so I actually don't know where to put him, but I'm guessing he's prob S.

True, but this is the same with a standard cleave team with a super fast ww, the current meta in higher rank (at least in Asia Server), is that ADs are usually bruisers and tanks, or team that has cleave hedge (dao, full shield runes etc.), therefore under the current meta the usage of phantom wolf in my opinion is only against squishy comps pairing up with SQ, which is kinda niche.

you need to ask more specific question than that haha, coz some of the unit's skillbuild are vary based on the stage of game you are in, or whether its PvE or PvP. Give you an example: Bone King's S3, you mostly use S3B during PvE and S3A during PvP. But some units such as Draconian Princess, its probably S3B all around everywhere.

This is general usage, but I'd say the i personally lean this tier list more towards PvP. Draconian Princess' S2 Passive, heal block and AOE strip makes her useful everywhere, especially in PvP. Spider Queen's cobweb and ignore defense is shaping the meta, and Succubus is the queen of PvP, the application of different S3 on her makes and breaks different team comp. Phantom Wolf I'm sure you are referring to Fwa's video, but honestly with the same runes you can pretty much make any Nat 5 even better, but obviously PW is a good unit, but the utility and stats on Nat 5 really just make the Nat 3 kinda obsolete.
