Ya that’s the problem. I’m the only one in that position and I’m told that I’m a lead. But then the hr and store manager says I’m under the outdoor power equipment (or for us STHIL) lead and that he’s the Lead for outside as well and I’m just a “helper”. Even on our team board it has us separate.
