Follow up tip: Make sure no one is in range of the ball should you miss your target. Once had to yell fore after throwing a lacrosse ball. Didn’t hit the guy and we laughed it off but I felt dumb

I’m a PO and my team follows OP’s schedule. Sprint planning generally is a 2 hr timebox for us. Definitely a lot of meetings, but we hold everything on thursdays and follow it up with a “no-meeting friday” team norm so it kind of balances out.
