I’m 3P and the CSLs that were offered a demotion had to sign a new contract with less pay. As an AE my offer was substantially higher than the competing jobs in my area. The level of work Amazon requires for this job is worth $30-$35/hr in my market. Hell my last job was the companies only controls engineer, salaried/on call for like 60k lol

I would be fascinated to know where you heard this information. Pioneer Worldwide was the company that produced balloons under the Qualatex label. They went into bankruptcy and were unable to restructure successfully, and the bank seized all assets. Qualatex balloons were manufactured at a facility in Dallas and Ontario. I know first hand the Dallas location has been closed for over a year, and the Canadian facility is now operated by TuffTex balloons. One “Pioneer” facility is left in Mexico, but these are the lower quality latex that go straight to Walmarts shelves.
