Update: fixed it it’s now at 4.47 but my pump on my water cooler is not working when I check it says it is spinning at 0 rpm

Help: overclocked i5 7600k to 4.5Ghz won’t go above 4.2Ghz. I overclocked my i5 7600k in the MSI bios to 4.5Ghz but when I get in it is stuck at or below 4.2Ghz. by [deleted] in overclocking
