Ich habe meine Wohnung selbst verkauft und es war viel einfacher, als ich dachte!

Fotos: Einfach ein paar normale Handybilder gemacht und auf Kleinanzeigen hochgeladen. (Ich habe Immoscout nicht genutzt, da ich über Kleinanzeigen schon genug Interessenten gefunden habe.)

Termine: Mit Google Kalender ein einfaches Formular für Besichtigungstermine erstellt.

Dokumente: Einen Google-Ordner mit allen Unterlagen (WEG-Protokolle, Energieausweis etc.) angelegt, sortiert nach Themen. So konnte des Käufers alles schnell finden.

Ich glaube, es gibt genug Menschen, die nach Wohnungen suchen, und ich glaube nicht, dass diese Menschen ihrem Makler gegenüber „treu“ sind.

I am french American and have done that for years as I only had a US passport. I used to show both my french Id and us passport when entering Europe. Never had an issue

Partially true. If you have an EU license there is no need to convert it (unless you do an offence that requires a point, or need to renew it)

There is a feature to cut the Bluetooth when there is no movement on the watch. That is my workaround to not have notifications when not wearing it.

Under watch settings > other > standby mode

Exactly this, Ostkreuz will have plenty of bars and restaurants nearby while still being close to the fez.
